I guess the intended nuclear tip is a bluff to deter the cold start. Looks like they did not clear the basic observable flaws in their fluke. Even then, it is a threat with a conventional warhead.

China is not on the list because they're a waste of good warheads, which we'd much rather lob on targets in the middle-east.

The more developed you are the more you have to lose, just as India has more to lose in a nuke war with the Pakis, the Chinese have more to lose - provided we have sufficient warheads in a nuke war with India.

Also, consider the fact that Pak is now a virtual wholly owned subsidiary of China, their economy, way forward and foreign policy entirely dependent on the Chinese. Thus, in any retaliation doctrine of India in case of Paki desire for their 72 virgins, China has to be a serious factor. The Chinese have to be told in no uncertain terms that if Indian civilization is to end, it would mean the end of Chinese civilization too.

Besides, if the Chinese are so interested in opening a second front in case India and Pak have a war, they are entirely legitimate targets, even if they weren't for providing the nut jobs in Pak nukes via N. Korea and otherwise.

In case we do not have capacity to entirely destroy China, we better get right at it yesterday.

I don't care if Mecca is glassed, I simply don't think that will deter the crazy Paki;.Chinese pressure certainly will.

It is for both we would use it for offensive war also definitely it won't be used for nuclear strike in every case. Still some really destructive war head will be used to dismantle Indian Army and capture as much Indian area as we can. Pakistan is working on several other weapons and warheads for this purpose.
