Why not? People need to know government's position. Government doesn't need to divulge the details but people will judge this government on the basis of it's intent which must be spelled clearly.

Your post indirectly indicates that the government doesn't trust the capabilities of the Indian armed forces to face an adversary on the other side of the Indian border. If that is the case then the least Modi can do is sack the incompetent Military leadership if it cannot deliver, and admit in open that those billions we shower on the Military went down the drain.

I'm in favour of people keep criticizing, attacking,pressurizing Government/Modi rather than Gov/Modi revealing any strategy about attacking porkistan. I'm afraid media will fk up everything.
