There are two ways of fighting these bastards from now go full on fire power with drones helos and will succeed for some time but most of the leaders will escape and they will just wait for oppurtunity to ressurect again by this method a lot of urby naxals would cry human rights and using that much fire power on indian soil is also not something to boast about.or you can fight them like guerillas set up black teams kill leaders jungles will be good cover for us no one even knowing whats happening they will mostly surrender in this type of dirty war scenario and rejoin society

This MoFu was given bail by courts.
This MoFu was supported by lot of people in media.

In a country where even judges are compromised to support a terrorist - what are we really hoping?

Church is the biggest supporter of naxals, providing them all kinds of support.
Everyone knows it but no one has the balls to say it openly.

Yes,
I fail to understand why there is no use of platforms like MI 24.

Apart from some minor operations in Sri Lanka, the MI 24 saw no action apart from Parades and air shows.

We need to up the game and use aerial offensive platforms like helicopters and combat drones(when available).

There is no need to be lenient on the naxals.

All talk is useless

We need Airpower , from now on

In forests how far you can see

These naxals have well concealed hideouts , these Ambushes will keep happening

If they are attacked from air , we can force them in to a kill zone

Drones and helicopters is the way forward
Atleast now the govt will give them something other than basic assault rifles and 2inch mortars for god's sake
The entire loss would have been completely avoided
But that's the thing right, they always learn the hard way

About 800 Govt. troops were moving into the forests.

Can't imagine they didn't have live area surveillance cover. There is little foliage at this time of the year and contact is common between Naxals and troops.

Dantawada attack - 6 April 2010

Sukma attack - 24 April 2017

Current attack - 03 April 2021

Most high profile attacks take place during this time of the year.

It bleeds my heart that our ground troops don't have real time topography and landscape images & intelligence. The moving troops must have a 3 km buffer and should proceed only if there is no large presence of people.

If there is any, the same should be verified.

We have the resources to do this but is there a will?

Now NaMo and Amit Shah will be out of Bengal and Assam campaign. Well played, Naxals.

For four years we will have to bear this casualties.
Naxalite insurgency is in last phases
So most hardcore leftist are left in naxali cadre and they are involved in this type of attack.
After 4 years we can hope that this conflict will end. Except for a few attack and ideology

Whats the point of having sophisticated weapons when they are rotting away. Why can't we use armed drones ?
The response could be in the form of Jnaneswari Express train derailment.

There are thousands of rail culverts and bridges passing through jungles and other remote areas presenting them a juicy target.

My uncle was in CISF and was posted at Ramagundam. There was a bridge on the way to his workplace which would always get blown up by the PWG.

He used to take a jeep till the bridge, get down to the river bed and take another jeep from there.

Unless we take out the urban naxals, we cannot win this war. We will continue fighting it under some brand name or the other.

Naxalite insurgency is being forcefully revived and it is getting overground support from a lot of corners.

We will see a lot of bloodshed if we let our guard down.

Of little use in real time given the operating environment unless there is a planned offensive to ensure 100% kill rate authorized and supported by the GoI.

Try carrying a BPJ, weapon and your kit in that environment. You will collapse of dehydration within a couple of kms. It is usually 44-48 degrees at this time of the year and the rocky terrain radiates heat of its own. It is like being in a sauna.

Am amazed we don't have casualties in three digits given the magnitude of the attack by the Naxal scum. Full credit to our men.
