The ICJ verdict clearly establishes that pakistan violated international law by denying India consular access. By staying the execution and asking pakistan to review and reconsider the trial, it has cast serious aspersions on the transparency and fairness of the the original trial. This is a body blow to justice system in pakistan. Hopefully pakistan sees the futility in continuing the charade of a false trial and releases Kulbhushan Jadhav at the earliest.

It was quite evident from day1 that he'll never be returned. This case has gathered a lot of popularity among paki awam. This will continue happening unless we act hard against paki army. No trial of terrorists. Burn their bodies. Nab Dawood ASAP.

India's primary objective at the ICJ was to get stay on the execution and relief on the plea for consular access. Although we had requested that he be set free, this was mostly Just a statement. In order for the ICJ to set Kulbhushan free, it had to go into the merits of the the case, which, not being not a criminal court, was beyond the scope of the ICJ.

Annulling the decision was never expected. ICJ only ruled on Paki not adhering to Vienna convention. If Paki could afford India consular access of Jadhav and his open trial in civilian court, they would have never spent millions on fighting case in ICJ. Whole world saw how nervously Paki let Jadhav meet his family separated by glass.

The reason Pakis did not give consular access to Jadhav is because then the whole conspiracy of his abduction will come out in the open. That was the secrecy under which the "military court" gave its decision. No evidence, no witness, no proof, no statements, no appeal... Now once consular access is granted, real truth will emerge.

The problem with Pakistani goons is that they are exposed tharoughly and with what face will they go to the public now. Now we are making story that since icj didn't order the release of kulbhushan Jadhav it is their victory. Butt hurt porkies are finding the ways to save there face.
