It's good for a country to have defence equipment manufacturing units out side the country, if in war ...in case your own production sites get bombed ,you can get those equipment s ..from your outside production units .

300 km guided rockets is basically a missile only, cost effectiveness shrinks at that point whats interesting is if could be fired from the same launcher than army would be very much interested too i dont have good opinions for prahaar for the same reasons that once rockets comes and start getting fired from existing pinaka what would be the usecase of prahaar while pralay could be used both in shorter ranges woth huge payload or long range with smaller payload is a much more desirable option
