So take your advice back and apply it to yourself.
And you will see no positive news from Ukraine (сплошная зрада). Completely no positive activities or achievements. Just corruption, ruine and ravage in of Soviet heritage.
And then look to Russia and its activities and achievements and you will find the proper choice.

Ukraine has several thousands of T-72 in its deposites.
Kontakt-5 ERA blocks have been produced in Lughansk and the other Ukrainian plants before the war so it may be just generic T-72B augmented with it.

There is only thing that can give a sane info - a tanks SN and personal vehicle Technical formular.

Ukraine has not produced ERA "Kontakt-5".They are available in very limited quantities on T-80U/UD. Tanks Bulat have ERA Nozh. It is well-proven as a defense against Russian tanks, but it has a complex dismantling. Therefore, all refurbished tanks get ERA Nozh -L. It is mounted in old containers "Kontakt-1".

Over the past week, the Armed forces of Ukraine received more than 110 units of weapons and military equipment, including automotive equipment, navigation equipment ground radar and more than 10 thousand hand-grenades and a smoke alarm sound and light min.

Thus, today, for the Armed Forces of Ukraine purchased and delivered more than 3.5 thousands of new and modernized samples of armament and military equipment.

The main of them is armored, automotive and engineering equipment, unmanned aircraft systems, upgraded radio relay station, artillery systems, machine guns, shot with a guided missile, a thermal imager, ground-based radars, and more.

Also purchased and delivered about 65 thousand ammunition and modules cumulative protection.
