You need a VHF AESA radar, which India does not possess.

Your most advanced ship is the Kolkata class, which uses an Israeli S-band radar.

The J-20 stealth fighter is stealthy in X-band and S-band. That means your Kolkata can't detect the J-20 beyond 10 miles.

China reclaimed seven South China Sea islands. Once again, the US merely watched.

After the opinion from five old men in a Dutch courthouse, the US hasn't said anything. Obama is busy talking about police killings. The Pentagon hasn't even issued a comment.

In conclusion, the US government had many opportunities over the last five years to do something. The record is clear. The United States will not lift a finger. China is still stopping Filipino fishermen from fishing near Huangyan Dao. Yet, we hear silence from the United States government. Even verbal support from the US government is missing.

What does this imply?

However, Chinese control over the South China Sea is unaffected. More reclaimed islands. More militarized islands. More HQ-9 SAMs.

China still has full control over fishing rights in the South China Sea. China continues to drill for oil wherever it feels like it in the South China Sea. China continues to exclude Filipino fishermen.

In conclusion, the Dutch opinion changed nothing in the South China Sea.

Thales D-band radar cannot detect a stealth fighter. The Thales D-band (110 to 170 GHz) radar operates in the EHF (ie. extremely high frequency) band. A high frequency radar cannot detect a stealth fighter. Only low-frequency radars can detect stealth fighters due to half-wave resonance.

How are you going to transport the Green Pine L-band radar to the South China Sea? You can't put it on a transport ship, because a Chinese ASCM or ASBM will sink the ship.

A Green Pine radar in India will not help you track a J-20 stealth fighter in the South China Sea.
