Yup, but the reason it can be spotted so easily is because compared to his biceps, he has tiny forearms! Since all bicep exercises involve the forearms as well, it is impossible to get massive biceps without having proportionally massive forearms! It's a wonder how the Guinness Book people...

You can lose all the fat on your belly and drop down to a 36" waist in 6-8 months if you follow the below 2 simple steps: 1. Run (either on a treadmill or outside) or cycle for 45 mins, 5 days a week. The calorie meter should show 400-450 cals expended when you're done. 2. Drop your calorie...

There isn't a single standard for physical fitness. The standard to be used depends on what the person is expected to do. If you are expected to be the world's fastest swimmer, doing bodybuilding training is not the way to do it. If you want to be the best gymnast, you do not spend all your time...

LOL yep, you're right. But since I'm in my bulking phase (don't ever want to cut lol), I am putting on both muscle and fat. It's unavoidable. Only thing one can do is minimize the fat addition by doing a lot of cardio, and I am doing that.

Interesting. Never tried that. In the past, what's worked for me is taking multi-vitamin supplements, increasing my protein intake, increasing my total calories and even just sleeping longer! Another thing that worked was increasing the variety of my workout....for e.g I was stuck at...

Nice, I don't have a six pack or even a four pack lol! Either you are very thin or you have massive abs from doing tons of crunches and sit ups. Pull ups are indeed very difficult to do...even the strongest bodybuilders can't manage more than 15-20 at a stretch. The key to improving your...

I used to be a weakling until a couple of years ago with a bit of a beer belly too lol. All one needs is hard work, consistency and the proper diet and slowly but surely, one will get bigger and stronger. I am in a conundrum though, because I'm not sure when one should stop. As long as I keep...

:) OHP if done seated targets mainly shoulders, and I really want to focus as much as I can on chest exercises. That's why I do the standing OHP on Wednesday because when done standing, it targets everything from shoulders to back to even legs. Some weeks I am so tired and sore after doing chest...

@Singh You said it better than I could. I have neither the time nor the patience to argue with @A chauhan. To each his own. I am convinced what I'm saying is right because I have a few years of experience, and nothing is a better educator than practical experience...

Re: Hindu Pushups v. Dive Bomber Pushups ... Which Is Better? You need to make up your mind. You kept arguing with me that you admit Dand-baithak or Uthak-baithak can never replace weight-lifting, but that it was only an "add-on" so to speak. You kept saying that these "Hindu" exercises were...

Re: Hindu Pushups v. Dive Bomber Pushups ... Which Is Better? :bs: First of all, no one does 200 benches. The aim of doing bodybuilding is to lift as much weight as possible in the shortest amount of time to provide maximum stimulation to your muscles. If someone's trying to do 200 reps, they...

Re: Hindu Pushups v. Dive Bomber Pushups ... Which Is Better? For overall muscular development, there's no substitute to weightlifting. Unfortunately not. :( I did learn karate and wrestling as a kid though, but can't say I'm any good at it. That is on my to do list though. It's not enough to have a muscular frame, you must know how to use your strength and exploit your opponent's weaknesses. My plan is to learn Muay Thai.
