    An article that showcases the myth of the 'string of pearls' strategy of China so as to suggest that all concerned drop their guard and that the intent of China is all very peaceful and purely based on the tenets of economics.

    Interesting is Billy's opiate to justify the Chinese interests in the construction of the various ports of the String that China is spreading.

    Apparently, Billy Tea has been consuming too much of the Oolong Tea wherein he has blinded himself of the strategic reality.

    The facts are well taken but skewed so as to make the Chinese intent very acceptable and not alarming!!

    These are age old CCP tactics to make aggressive stance look like passive maneuvering.
