What weight issue , each quadlauncher would have an approx max weight of around 200 kg , 800 kg of payload isn't too much to ask for.

I expect the LCH to have quad launchers for helina that would make it 16 missiles instead of 8 , if thats not so then ==srew== DRDO

I dunno .. , i feel the WSO whould be seated a bit higher or the pilot a bit lower , and also are such large windows really required for visibility or did they trade off some of the armour from there to reduce weight? and shouldn't the gimball be situated under the nose , instead of being over...

Yeah.. i agree .. its never big enough.. :D but considering they are touting it as a LIGHT combat helo .. i guess they don't think it needs a bigger one.

I checked the pictures of both apache and eurocopter tiger and both dont seem to have retractable landing gear .. and both have those tails.. so i guess its common for attack helos to have such config.
