My friend did some electronics for Chandrayan. Not that complicated either IMHO. Basics need to be perfect thats all. Not everybody gets to do the sexy parts. He quit ISRO and joined a multinational BTW.

Not sure if this sat has such disruption ability. 42mts resolution is not such a great number honestly (ofcourse classified resolution would be better). A fleet of cartosats may be more prone for sabotage than gisat IMHO.
