You have summed it up, I didn't know Brahmos Aerospace Inc comes to any college. Which college do you study in IIT ? The idea should be to check for basics and train these freshers. From our educational system, or for that matter most other systems, we can't expect industry ready graduates, can we ?

Work is slow, I agree. A brief history of Isreal's defense industry would show you that they were a loss recurring organisation. Also Israel is a small country which draws major investment from the defense industry. Coming to Indian scenario, think of this, how many nations are able to keep up...

Yes! I agree the structure should be changed. The existing infrastructure facility can be expanded to increase production. The Govt, must take steps to bring in the required work force and keep them there. Once they take care of the economics, development will not be far away.

Stop showing you frustration here AP. Do think about the organisation after the order of 1000 missiles. What will happen to all those people employed and trained for this job ? Which aerospace industry will they work for after that? What about the huge money that is spent on infrastructure ...
