I just thought about something while reading one of the post where some poster claimed @Krusty has some inferiority complex, claiming that foreign countries have done well with their citizens armed. So when it comes to motor vehicles do Indian roads look disciplined as those foreign roads...

In both situations the state apparatus for preventive policing failed its job. Though I do agree, gun laws are quite strict (for law-abiding citizens) in India.

I wasn't wondering about how they acquired the weapons but how the Swiss prevent USA like situation in their country.

I wonder why that is so? How did Switzerland manage that?
