Defence Cyber Agency is not meant to protect Indian Cyberspace. For that, GoI has its own setup. DCA is for protecting the Armed Forces' Cyberspace and for attacking enemy Armed Forces' Cyberspace. Attacks on enemy civilian cyberspace, if envisaged, should indeed come under R&AW, NSA and PMO.

Why is it disappointing? Maybe they are planning to give 33rd Armoured Div to X Corps and convert X Corps into a Strike Corps. But then again, I am not sure if the Sundarji doctrine and concept of a Strike Corps is even being retained as an option under the new Integrated Battle Group based reforms.

From what I remember since January, of I Corps, only Red Eagle and Cockerel Divisions are moving to Ladakh. 33rd Armoured Div is not moving to Ladakh.

Unnecessary. Primary role of Rafale is Air Interdiction. The furthest main Chinese targets in this theater are in Hotan. Hotan airbase is well within strike range of Rafales taking off from their primary base in Ambala. Leh airbase's altitude would limit payload.

I am advocating reverse slope emplacement not for the infantry holding the line, but for C2 nodes and other critical military assets. Hiding behind the moutain is the best defence against long range flat trajectory rocket attacks.
