from the claims EtherealX are making , it does sound sus. if i remember they were going for spacex style sea launches with reusable rocket or something and no pic of work site or an engine . honestly just seem like a dummy company for self promotion.

what spacex does is more complex but cheaper , my understanding is , they recover whole booster stage + their rocket can land itself upright on a moving sea platform . parachute thing looks less complex but then ull have to discard everything except engine. honestly looks like a shell company...
