Capability and technology can only be funded and undertaken by government. Private sector can only mass produce existing technology in country. Private companies anywhere in world are simply about profits. Those few like Lockheed investing in R&D are exceptional cases.

So, what I said is confirmed.:D I will try to find about specs as well. May not be, but Rustom 2 has a substantially large wingspan, indeed large drone as China's new latest drone CH-5 only can match it in weight. Though, I would again say, airframe has to be modified if really want to use it...
