the Hind is armored so it cant fly high.. It is a tank with rotors.

I am not sure the Radar will play any roll which would be superior to the sights on other aircrafts. An attack chopper can not carry AoA long range missiles to engage a fighter either.

The Eurocopter Tiger and may be the Chinese one will also have. The newer generation ones are supposed to have Radars.

Fighters jets hardly require a cannon, they do not indulge in dog fighting any more and neither do they use cannon much for ground support. More over the Su-30MKI needs extensive modification to take on an American gun which is heavier like the M61 compared to the small the Gsh-301. Also...
