what other partner reconciliations are remaining in the region for U.S ?

Japan - done
SoKo - done
Philippines - done

don't recall any ongoing outreach to singapore in past few months.
=======
U.S. Support for the Philippines in the South China Sea

The United States stands with our Philippine allies in upholding the rules-based international maritime order and reaffirms that an armed attack in the Pacific, which includes the South China Sea, on Philippine armed forces, public vessels, or aircraft, including those of the Coast Guard, would invoke U.S. mutual defense commitments under Article IV of the 1951 U.S. Philippines Mutual Defense Treaty.

It will be enough as PLA Navy will try to apply the blockade in these chokepoints in vicinity of these 3 countries you mentioned.

These 3 nations along with Taiwan completes the '1st Island Chain' which China wants to breach. US is moving according to the plan.

Next should be Vietnam.

do they have any past military agreements with U.S?

not much in U.S equipment in military hardware

Not much. It is the next frontier for the US to build such contacts and relationships.

Per this article Vietnam fears the 10 foot Chinaman and hence is not that keen to fully jump in bed with Uncle Sam.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to this article. If Vietnam can give basing rights to Indian Navy in the face of Chinese opposition, certainly it can give basing rights to US ships.

Vietnamese leaders want to sit on the fence for as long as they can. Its how you can ask for stuffs from both sides. The only action that the Viet gov would do is waiting for Chinese navy to be destroyed and then moving military hardwares onto disputed reefs/man-made islands.

They don't have the cancerous (((diversity))) and (((democrazy))) so no.
I read an article that even the average Vietnamese nibba out there is paranoid about start-spangled influence, unlike people here.

Cross-posting from navy thread.

Action-packed week in South China Sea coming up. The first ever India-ASEAN joint naval exercise starts on Tuesday; @IndianNavy Chief, Adm Hari Kumar will be in Singapore watching, along with other top Naval officers from the region, the inaugural edition kicking off on 3 May.

Diversity is subjective. Only a nation like Korea can be considered homogenous since it was nicknamed "the hermit kingdom". Many nations were former empires that conquered & assimilated various ethnics.

Communism was popular in Vietnam because before communism, Vietnam was only a French colony. Vietnam had never experienced democracy. Viet communists were the only group that received military aid from USSR & China and were seen as independence fighters, not as French or US puppets. France & US were seen as imperialists.

Modern Vietnam isnt communist anymore. Its state capitalism + nationalism.

Y'all speak the same language and have the exact same language.
Communism is not important, but you do have a one party authoritarian state, that is exceedingly good for "getting shit done" like setting up factories and building infrastructure.

Here we fight over language and silly caste based tribalism, Muslims are on their own religious trip, and all of these factors influence democracy and hence industry, business friendly-ness and infrastructure.

Your country has none of these weaknesses even though it is a little smaller.
