India waalon kya hua hamare dream ka?

It is ten years or more it takes to build a reactor with Thorium fuel especially when too many reliable technologies are to invented for the Thorium reactor. There is nothing and nowhere to steal or copy technology.
In India the Thorium reactor is under construction for the last 5 years. Another one or two and it will be operational.

Ya'll Nibbiars Just meet a BARC Engineer says India Three Stage development is one third development completed.
Unfortunately it is not possible to believe anything that barc says about timelines and progress even in Official statements .
It's is not entirely their fault the nuclear industry moves at glacial speeds worldwide .
Besides the 3rd stage needs a lot of u233 from 2nd stage which is still not in commercial production.

‘Atomic reactor science is more difficult than any other science (danger of reaction going out of hand or contamination). Everything has to be invented in India. Nobody else gives you a hand for a price. That is why timelines are harder to set.

This is true, world wide other than russia and china nobody has figured out nuclear at scale. All western reactors are facing comedy level delays and issues .

No . They have a prototype version of the PFBR . Even though the P stands for prototype it is intended for commercial use ... which is not the case with the chinese reactor.
