Need to shed some extra Kilos. Around 10 or so. have been staying at Home for quite some time and the Comfort is making me ----ing Fat. Will go to another city and start some serious workout.

The War is On...:mad:. Shall keep you all Posted.

can any one help me tone down my face. My face looks very chubby with double chin(little) & chubby cheeks but body look is very athlete. How to down down my face, i want to look lot slimmer & healthy. Any suggestion here.

I gym(mix of cardio & weight) 5 days a week.

Because of my chabby face i look fat.
Commence chewing gum ( non sugar variety)
Running up hill /( up the stairs with 10 kgs strapped on your back )
Cut down on sweet yogurt, mithai, soft drinks & ice creams.
Start consuming a large spoonful of flax seeds ( alsi ke beej)
Increase protein intake cut down on carbs.
Consume less rice( includes dosa, narial chutney etc) balance it with chapattis.
Have your last meal at 7.00 PM

Cut down on salt. A lot of it could be water weight. Salt has sodium which will retain water. Switch to low sodium salt.

Also, a lot of it could be baby-fat over which you have no control.

I can now do 39 pushups and 3 pull ups :yey:
Push ups are best. Team push up unite.

Edit : Also when you reach 50, start doing fist/knuckle push ups. And one handed ones, mixing it up will keep you at it longer.

Everyone should know Its sugar/carbohydrates that is now an official villain for all weight related complications (Obesity, Diabetes, IHD). Please stop taking anything in which we add sugar. Sugar from natural sources can serve our daily requirement of carbohydrates.

High carbohydrate foods are wheat flour, milk, watermelon, sugar cane, corn.

Eat free foods i.e. all vegetables with zero sugars, paneer, egg, cheese, basmati rice, brown rice, all foods with low glycemic Index to stay fit.

Simply stopping sugar in your milk and tea can reduce your weight in 7 days up to 1-3 kg in one go.

Fat which used be the villain is now not any more a threat with few exception. Rather Desi Ghee and oils with high smoking point (Rice barn and olive oil) have been proving to be benefiting a lot.

The best way to live healthy and long is to assume your self as a diabetic and follow a diabetic diet plan for rest of your life.

Experts now have started recognising the wisdom of our ancestors and started studying their food habits, a new concept of Paleo diet is now getting quite popular and accepted as healthy diet especially with professional athletes and players participating in high performance sports.
