In Syria? No.
There are no adequate targets for them. No targets for ALCMs or 3000+ kg bombs either. All the other targets can be destroyed for sure using 250-1500kg bombs.

Its ESM and self defence ECM suites are equal to EA-18G in quality and twice higher in radiation power. Especially when L-266 Tarantul-10V group defence ECM suit containers are attached.
