Ya'll Nibbiars looks like L&T able to succeed in the J.V with Omkar this time.The Land Parcel shown is was park of the Piramal Mahalaxmi Phase Two. After seeing the current status of the Pirmal butchering their Mulund project floors and height and abiding the Mahim Redevelopment project not suprised, L&T bagged this one's just like the Mahim one. But this one was past. But the location is extremely bad in front of a MCGM Garbage disposal Centre.

Ya'll Nibbiars Thanks for sharing it, once they upload the EC will give the exact details of the Gross leasable area and other features of this development, currently in early stages so this projects will take some times say 5 to 7 years.

Slowly Indian cities will see a lot of vertical growth, they should relax height restrictions now.

They should mandate grid planning like Noida/Chandigarh, or at the very least enforced TPs like Ahmedabad. Most cities have rubbish layouts which restricts vertical growth. Narrow roads cannot handle the traffic or fire infrastructure
