The thing is Indian army leadership has no vision thats why we do not have enough quality snipers who can shoot at very long distances with accuracy neither have they good quality spinner equipment. That russki dragunov is not even a sniper rifle but a marksman rifle so casualties on us are bound to happen.

India army hav to patrol LoC.Pakistan army doesnt patrol. So Indian soldiers r more susceptible to Pakistan targetted attacks. These peacetards don't understand a simple thing. If there are cockroaches in your house, you need to spray insecticide on a daily basis to keep the population of cockroaches from growing. Terrorists are like cockroaches hidden in a few districts of north Kashmir. Operations against them should be undertaken on a daily basis to keep the situation under control. If today you pull back army operations against terrorists, they will get time to carry out their propaganda and regroup and recruit more young people in the name of revenge and train them hard.

Today due to army operations, many terrorists are killed and remaining terrorists are hidden. They cannot openly recruit new local boys and train them. Only terrorists making some noise are the ones who are from Pakistan and hard trained.

I would suggest that army should continue with their operations. Also kill some stone Pelters. Army should keep one local judicial magistrate with them during all their major operations. In case there are stone pelting incidents, these local judicial officers should be kept at front and on orders from judicial magistrate, hit the stone Pelters on limbs and make them permanently handicapped. These injured stone Pelters should be treated at army hospitals where their limbs should be amputated and made permanently handicapped. The larger the number of handicapped, faster the message will be delivered.
