that’s not how it works. These are expensive systems. You can’t just use shortcuts to deploy them without the crew being comfortable enough to use it, that too if there is imminent threat of war.

China's Equipment Development Department (EDD) and its head, Li Shangfu, are sanctioned for completing "significant transactions" with Russia's state arms exporter, Rosoboronexport.

The EDD and Mr Li have been added to a Blocked Persons List , meaning any assets they hold in the US are frozen and Americans are "generally prohibited"

They invaded Syria long ago and have been killing Syrians and Kurds for a while. This declaration is toilet paper that Erdogan can wipe his ass with.

As for Iran and Russia, Turkey would never declare war on either since both countries can demolish every Turkish soldier and outpost in Syria and hit any part of Turkey too. We are talking about hundreds of cruise missiles, armed drones and attack aircraft targeting the Turks not to mention thousands of well equipped and trained soldiers and tens of thoughts of well trained militias.

The Turks are having a hard time just dealing with Syrian, their lossless are staggering. The Turks are obviously hiding the true casualties, if 33 soldiers (which is probably a propaganda number) have recently been killed imagine how many are wounded and how many terrorists died. The Turks and their terrorists have suffered hundreds of losses in the past week. They are canon folders at this point.
