Russia warned them before but they didn't understood Turkey should know that they are not even a regional power. So they paid price for messing with wrong country. Russia even kept NATO away from victory in Syria so Turkey is nothing in front of them. But poor Europe and civilians will have to pay price for this. This is what happens when u r full of ego.

The Turkish military tried to play sleight of hand but their bluff was called. Turkish soldiers embedded themselves with Al-Quida linked groups thinking that the Syrians and Russians would be too afraid to attack due to causing Turkish collateral damage but that backfired.

The Turks crosse many red lines that Syrians and Russians put up with for years but it’s turned into a simmering point. Forget about Turkey invading Syria and reinforcing terrorists. Turkey has fires on Russian and Syrian planes in the past. They directly downed a number of Syrian aircraft, then they downed that SU-24 and likely provided MANPADs that downed other aircraft. Recently they got caught firing MANPADS at Russian aircraft and using their “observation post” the shell Syrian army position/Syrian towns knowing that Russian military advisers and special forces are operating along side Syrians.

All the while they have been playing the piece card pretending everything is Syria’s and Russia’s fault and Turkey and it’s terrorists are totally innocent. Now Turks are outraged that they got a taste of their own medicine in the worsts possible way.


Report are that Turks used warplanes to attack Syrian army positions. It seems Syrian air defenses were caught sleeping and their Mig-29s are just for show. The Syrians should have seen this coming and had their Mig-29 ready to ambush those F-16s.

It’s true, the Ottamans fought the Russian empire many times and lost pretty much every time. Turkish “vengeance” is limited to how far their tanks can drive. They have practically zero offensive capabilities besides some F-16 and their soldiers are no better then Somalians soldiers.

The question is how reliable is Russia as an arms supplier? Turkey already paid and took deliveries of 2 batteries of S-400 super duper SAM. Why can't Turkey use it to enforce a no-fly zone around its area of operation? Seems to me those S-400s are useless since Russia has it and Syria knows how it works.

S-400's utter uselessness agsinst Syrian warplanes is a very bad sign for India's S-400 purchase. Looks like it will be no use also against China (an S-400 operator) or even Pakis (who China will brief extensively on S-400 capabilities and weaknesses.
