if you are considering Ryzen 5 5600U - then its a great cpu for multi - PP, MS office, Web browsing , Adobe etc with ease. [M2 ssd/ddr4] , it can run those all simultaneously with out any delay. Gen Intel i5-1135G7 also great.

Ssd and ram make the difference, i3/i5/ry3/ry5 can do the job, and i5/ry5 can run pp,ms office, web,adobe simultaneously, but the speed of entire system depends on 1.ssd, 2.ram, 3.cache/cpu.
I can run pp,ms office, web,adobe using pentium D, but can't run those simultaneously.
The question is - money ? online or offline ? where ?

ya'll my brother will be going to UK for higher studies.

he's going to buy an thinkpad t480 with i7 6th gen and t460s with i5 6th gen.
the prices r 30k and 33k respectively??

there is also an i3 11th gen thinkpad e14 which is performance is equal to i7 6th, but costs over 38k.
i personlly prefer 11th gen processor, but still wud like to know your suggestions

i3 2 core good enough for internet, ms office, student edu etc
nVidia low/mid card with 4gb for low gaming, photo & video editing etc.
Don't buy more than 3 or 3 year old gpu or mobo, considering driver support.
