This nation receives shit tonnes of remittances and yet is a failed state. It is roughly 10% of their "official" GDP numbers while their unfudged real figure is much less then couple it up with $34-35 bn in remittances + aid + GSP+ status for exports from EU we can see they would've been as worse off as Afghanistan and Somalia/Yemen if not for the above mentioned money minting schemes.

Well it's just few people shouting, closed units are part of formal ekanamy only, they still have infarmal ekanamy which are immune to all problems of these things like lack of government support and absense of electricity. Also their country runs on aids and remittance and they don't have any shortage because informal ekanamy.
