You can't do it here directly. Better upload it in any pic sharing site and share the link.

By reducing the size to less than 1 MB ...:biggrin2:

In your photo editor app resize the picture and bring it below 1MB.
Second option would be to convert picture for web page viewing ... Some apps like Irfanview have this plugin. That will reduce the size of picture to less than 1 MB.:laugh::laugh:

here are some renders( missile)
sorry nut i felt (during design) that drawing and wind-model differ in many aspects or may drawing may not contain enough details or design may be changed...?
as i said missile cap derived from shaurya/sagarika

and also check a little animation on wing deployment of missile

i know i little bit messed up with wing deployment ( it has go other way around i did wrong and realized later but it was late ):notsure: may be next will do better
2 sec. video
thanks :)

You did a excellent job ,

On a after though I feel the foldable wings in the rear are not same as the one on the line diagram in some of the pics .

It's is a perfect trapezoid IMO. The pics below are correct , and also nice work on the nose cap.

Again thanks for the pics , you did a very good job. Hope to see more such work from you in the future.

@sayareakd

Rudra 2/2a should look like this with the nose Cap on .
Wonder why the almost hemisherical nose cap ?

The nose cap might be or might not be hemispherical. It might have been only an optical illusion because of angle of photography.

On other hand, both the pics might have been two different system.

Possible 2 varients from same base design , or maybe not

Personally doubt nose cap is optical illusion , believe it's deliberate design , but can't be sure , let's wait and see.

Look at this side pic.

The foldable wing which could be seen distinctly in this pic

is absent in this pic. That should have been around the circled area in front of the rear wings.

Again it might have been because of photograph angle or might be different model altogether as this is a wind tunnel test setup.

Possible

I am thinking removed the wings for aerodynamic testing as a control model and then test again with wings.

I don't know why you gave that nose cap, Rudra M-III is a Solid Fuelled Air Launched Missile

Compare this with

8338164_dunify4xqaa38tf_jpeg_jpege9777c6f098c3526a305adcee30354eb.jpeg

This

Blunt nose shape via a nose cap maybe for aerodynamic reasons , there are several advantages eg high drag blunt nose shape in high supersonic missiles minimises the heat transfer by creating a shock wave ( also reduces deformation due to shear , stress which might crumble radar / optical transparent dome ) inorder to protect the radar / IR dome till the time it is discarded before terminal stage . Reduces the expose time to high temperature and hence allows survivability of the seeker which will then be needed to be exposed to acquire target before impact at full speed.

For a surface launched missile low drag to weight ratio is required however for high altitude air launched missiles a high drag to weight ratio is required. In a high supersonic missile controllability can be a issue unless the self induced drag is used to keep the missile speed manageable inorder for the control surfaces to have desirable effect for maneuverability untill before terminal stage.

This is my personal opinion , need not be correct . Best wait and see the final product.

the high-speed expendable aerial target -- from the hangars of ADE seems to have had a successful outing today. Details awaited.
The only successful outing a target drone should have is getting shot down.

Defence Research and Development Organisation #DRDO conducted successful flight test of #ABHYAS - High-speed Expendable Aerial Target (HEAT) from Interim Test Range, Chandipur in Odisha.

Press release

Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) conducted successful flight test of ABHYAS - High-speed Expendable Aerial Target (HEAT) from Interim Test Range, Chandipur in Odisha today. Theflight test was tracked by various RADARS & Electro Optic Systems and proved its performance in fully autonomous way point navigation mode.

The configuration of ABHYAS is designed on an in-line small gas turbine engine and uses indigenously developed MEMS based navigation system for its navigation and guidance. The performance of the system was as per simulations carried out and demonstrated the capability of ABHYAS to meet the mission requirement for a cost effective HEAT.

The concept of ABHYAS was proved and pre-project details were completed on January 2013. The first experimental launch (minus the engine) was conducted in 2012. The project was sanctioned with an initial funding of Rs 15 crore. The project picked up pace after three services floated a global tender for procurement of 225 HEAT drones. The design of the fuselage is based is based on Lakshya, a high speed target drone system developed by the Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE) of DRDO.

I really wonder if you are indeed so silly or is it just an act. India is currently paying through its nose for high speed target drones and a system of this nature with a local engine and accurate MEMS navigation will be a significant boost with multiple spinoffs including light weight PGMs and decoys.

I think that guy is seriously going through some mental crisis.

He's deliberately trying to provoke folks here as a way of seeking attention.
