Entire test area is over BoB .... so not a land based system .Prahaar..................................??
So a surface to air missile.............Entire test area is over BoB .... so not a land based system .
or a surface-to-surface.So a surface to air missile.............
150km ranged ship based ballistic missile makes little sense IMO. 150km is too small a range to be meaningful while attacking via navy. Added to it is that prahaar is ballistic missile.or a surface-to-surface.
Ship based Prahaar??
There's talk of fitting even Pinaka rockets (65kms) on LPD/LPH!150km ranged ship based ballistic missile makes little sense IMO. 150km is too small a range to be meaningful while attacking via navy. Added to it is that prahaar is ballistic missile.
Building up expeditionary forces? There's talk of fitting even Pinaka rockets (65kms) on LPD/LPH!
These need to sanitise the coast before landing the troops!
Pralay also could go onto these...
Let's not forget Astra. It's induction tests are not yet completed and the time for induction is arriving. It might be it's full range test against a simulated live target.Prahaar..................................??
Either Ship launched or Air launched .So a surface to air missile.............
I hope it is air launched SFDR.Either Ship launched or Air launched .
Are hope ke chakkar me mat pado... Hum K5 ke hope me baithe the... Uski koi khabar to aai nahiI hope it is air launched SFDR.
Official conformation of SLBM tests are not going to happen ...... We may hear about the K5 test being conducted in some reports few weeks from now ( hoping) .Are hope ke chakkar me mat pado... Hum K5 ke hope me baithe the... Uski koi khabar to aai nahi
The treaty calls for notification of ALL ballistic missile tests - launched from LAND OR SEA!As per Indo- pak treaty SLBM launches need not be clarified or announced. So any K5 test may not be officially confirmed. Remember K15 and K4 have undergone multiple tests before actually announcing some tests.
Who is going to enforce the treaty? The treaty calls for notification of ALL ballistic missile tests - launched from LAND OR SEA!
Only cruise missiles are exempt.
May I suggest exercising more discretion (read: restraint) and thought before you open your mouth!
One doesn't need an enforcer!Who is going to enforce the treaty?
Do we trust Pakistan, do they trust us? INF treaty between USA and Russia is already defacto collapsed so has the ABM treaty. We stick to a treaty as long as it suits us. We can blame the other party and break the treaty as in INF treaty by USA. Who is going to verify? One doesn't need an enforcer!
All bilateral treaties (including ones between US & Russia) are signed with mutual trust.
It's up to each of the countries in the treaty to comply with it or not.
Breaking treaties normally signals to all other countries that the country cannot be trusted. As such no other country will be willing to deal with them; sometimes the consequences could be as bad a war!
Tone down your language. Any clarifications can be done in a civil manner. The treaty calls for notification of ALL ballistic missile tests - launched from LAND OR SEA!

That's the key, all treaties are worded such that they can be interpreted in many different ways.if we read between the lines.
