hey guys i know we dont operate like the nato forces but how is the characterisation of iaf is do anyone know
like usa does high and low where f16,f35 is high while f15 ,f22 is low
similar to it i cant really get how the structur of iaf is tejas mk1a would be lowest,mk2 and mirage would be low,amca,rafale,mig29 is medium ,sukhoi is heavy
(jaguar would be bombers cause we dont operate strategic ones)
is it like this or something else cause tejas mk1a though created to replace mig21 but interceptor roles is not present nowadays

Please immediately inform Lockheed Martin since their F-16 Block 70 (also called V) has the pitot probe as well.

First Slovak AF F-16V

There are some losses associated with the pitot probe and the wiring for it that goes through the radome but there is no cardinal rule that there can't be a pitot probe on the nose if the fighter has an AESA radar inside.
f-16 is a beauty with clean lines and that scoop being ugly adds something special. Probably one of the best looking planes.

Even the Russian planes we few are in better condition than the one maintained by Russian Airforce.
I think a lot of it is repeated 1000 times and it becomes the truth from western press....there was surely a period where they had no means to maintain across the board and prioritized strategic weapons over everything else. They have weather that is extremely harsh in their country, any equipment needs to be designed considering those aspects and will suffer damage faster.....drive in winter in North America or Europe, your car takes a beating of all sorts..... Also a poor man cherishes his chetak scooter more than a rich man his audi....they make their own and they can replace and it always comes with some lax attitude. We can't afford that attitude. I think it would be best not to make casual statements so easily.

About the finish, war does not require finished beauties, it requires highly maintanable, cheap and easily replaceable and upgradeable designs. Western stuff has become a joke and reasons for being so expensive is explained to a certain extent incorporating things of no engineering value.

3 month for an aircraft that has to go through some changes is barely anything we are good
