NOTA is going to happen. We dont even need to. We have other ways.
1) Break diplomatic ties with Pakistan, with immediate effect.
2) Withdraw MFN status of Pakistan.
3) Despite this if they execute Shri Kulbhushan Jadhav, immediately abrogate "Indus Water Treaty". Because pronouncing Death Sentence without Councilor Access is Violation of International Law. We have every right to reciprocate in kind.
4) Hang every Pakistani in India by declaring his involvement in Espionage against India.
5) Bang POK & BG at will for hiding Terrorists, it is our area.
MSM dont have the gusts to question above mentioned steps.

They haven't decided the date and waiting India to reveal if their man is with RAW. Normally in Military courts decisions are swift and executed. Inputs would be available with the agency and they know what to do.
MEA will do it's job and RAW will do it's own.
May this not happen but if he is executed, then Pakistan will surely pay. RAW is not an agency which sits quietly.
New Delhi: In strong words, India has condemned Pakistan’s move to sentence former Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav to death, stating that the sentence, if carried out, would amount to "premeditated murder.”
“If this sentence against an Indian citizen, awarded without observing basic norms of law and justice, is carried out, the government and people of India will regard it as a case of premeditated murder,” India has said.
Issuing a demarche to the Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has called the proceedings against Jadhav “farcical.”
“The proceedings that have led to the sentence against Shri Jadhav are farcical in the absence of any credible evidence against him,” the demarche issued by MEA says. “The claim in the ISPR release that Shri Jadhav was provided with a defending officer during the so-called trial is clearly absurd in the circumstances.”
Pakistan on Monday announced that Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was arrested in Balochistan in March 2016, has been sentenced to death for activities of espionage and sabotage.
In response, India has stopped the release of a dozen Pakistani prisoners, who were to be repatriated on Wednesday after completion of their prison term. The government feels that it is not the right time for the release of Pakistani prisoners, official sources said.
The move came within hours of Pakistan Army's announcement that its chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa has approved the execution of Jadhav for alleged "espionage and sabotage" activities.
The Pakistani media have described Jadhav as a RAW agent, charges that they have not been able to prove.
Within days of his arrest, the Pakistani military had released a video showing Jadhav “confessing” to working in Pakistan for years, though it was unclear if it had been filmed under duress. India had rejected the video and had stated that that the former navy officer was "tutored" by Pakistanis.
Pakistan has not been able to prove the charges it has levelled against Jadhav. In December 2016, the Foreign Advisor to Pakistan's Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had admitted in front of a full senate house that the dossier prepared by Pakistan against Jadhav was based on insufficient evidence and more proof needs to be gathered.
