GSLV-MK2 won't have any commercial launches, it will be retired after 10 more launches.
Sad part is, it's Cryo Engine CE-7.5 might also be retired....it has one of the highest specific impulses in the world

Effectively, this means that there would be 2 flights of PSLV rockets, and one flight each of the SSLV, GSLV, and LVM3, would take place by March 2023. It must also be noted that each satellite that ISRO builds for India is also counted as a mission in itself.

I think it may not matter that much in 3rd stage with possibly reduced requirements in manufacturing due to decrease in pressures?

I always thought qualifying type of orbit to a rocket type is too specific as in theory all rockets are modular. Missions can be qualified though, its about time they pick a more generalized naming convention.
