So PRATYUSH still alive or dead now ?
@Swesh nibba... so PRATUSH project is still alive....the new proposal is that it will be LANDED on the Far side of the moon....and it won't be launched on neither Chandryaan-3, nor Indo-Japanese LUPEX (i.e CY-4) ...only possibility as of now is CY-5 sample return mission and that too if it lands on far side of the moon.

The first phase will see the radio telescope being tested in earth’s own orbit. This will be more like a laboratory model, and will be brought down to earth after the tests to determine its functions in space.

The second phase will actually see the radio telescope being launched onboard ISRO’s satellite launching rockets to take Pratush into the lunar orbit and then sent down on the lunar surface on the far side of the moon, which remains hidden from the earth as the moon’s rotation and revolution being the same, ensure that only one side always faces the earth. “This is only a plan at this stage, but it is being worked out. We are looking at it being launched on one of the next few ISRO missions to the moon,”

Still the engine might get delayed owing to conditions of war and Ukraine being upset with India on political stance.
Political reasons as well as the situation of Ukraine. I don't expect Ukrainian scientists conducting seminars at wartime. It might be used as a hospital or shelter like thing for time being.

Maybe relieving news for SCE-200.

Yuzhmash rocket factory remains intact and its destruction was the fake news.

Still the engine might get delayed owing to conditions of war and Ukraine being upset with India on political stance.
We might shift to France for testing of engine or Russians might endup capture the testing site

Moving to France will again be a slower process since Indian facility is under construction which will be operationalised till France starts.. And since Indian facility is still under construction, engine will remain with zero progress for a while.
