we need to build BMD ship with LRTR in the middle and PDV in the front and AAD at the back.

BMD= Ballistic missile defence
LRTR= Long range tracking radar
PDV=Prithvi interceptor missile codenamed PDV, going to replace PAD (Prithvi Air defence)

I think AAD will suffice on Ships. P-15A/B should hopefully be able to carry 32 AAD along with 32 Barak-II and 32 Barak-I. The PDV may be too big a missile for ships smaller than 10,000 tonne cruiser.

PDV hopefully will not have big fins like the one which is in PAD. It will be something like Brahmos missile lube launch system.

Whereas China paid good money and bought just the hull of the Admiral Kuznetsov class multirole aircraft carrier Riga/Varyag in an auction from Ukraine

The other Admiral Kuznetsov class multirole aircraft carrier Leonid Brezhnev is not for sale and is expected to serve RN till 2030

Trivia: Since no one wanted to sell China an AC, China bought it via a private bidder under the pretext that they want to use the hull as a pontoon to house a casino. It was inducted into the PLAN on September 25, 2012 as China's very first AC.
