That rail section includes bhor ghats which has many gradients, sharp curves & permanent speed restrictions, hence such avg. speed.

Ya'll Nibbiars In simple words, Akilesh started the projects, but the exucation and funds done by the current one. So if they want to give credits all to the SP's who's stopping, can't enlightening everyone, let them live in their denial. So many projects started by the UPA in their first years but completed by the current government just recently with funding only provided in the last 9 years.

And FYI some projects stretches as back as the Ninda Turtle eras.

Guy should be dismissed from his job. There are reasons to have SOP for Pilots in aviation. Same things should be implemented for loco pilots with respect to handling.

Guy placing his bag on control panel is a bad start.
