Afaik phantom is the grading system in NsG ie the highest grade in the unit not a special unit.

Phantom Grading achievers(gnerally 2-3 in every squadron of both 51&52) are trasnferred to PCU(from in between 2010-12)! They are moved to a highly secretive location(IG what the location is)... There was an joint OP in Meerut where RnW-DP Special Cell-NSG arrested three IM pigs!
