that's a TOC (Tactical operations center ), its supposed to be the command and control center for an operation .they coordinated between different teams and assets thus they need floor plans and maps , radios etc to plot the location of different teams to coordinate .
As this is a drill , it might be the actual floor plan , but only of the non important areas as no one will allow you access to the main building , it must be the annex or some more civil areas .But its not an issue , floor plans are vey easy to source .

But they should really not use windows , use linux or something

The patka on the guy to the extreme left seems to be worn way too high exposing a good chunk of his frontal and parietal lobes and probably the entirety of his occipital lobe and cerebellum. I still fail to understand how the patka's design is considered to be even remotely safe assuming it's worn properly, not to mention the fitment issues that come with it

Heck this is exactly what JKP SOG and CRPF QAT should be expanded to handle.

Is there any solution to this ? We need to take part in active wars or wage one somewhere in west asia which we'll never do.

Note: SDs are only tenured defined in the MCF and are authorized to wear the badge for their respective tenure only.

Composite Indoor Shooting Range for National Security Guard – AIMTREX Technologies

Go through the tech installed...It's pretty advanced.

And 4 Para's shoothouse in J&K:

Shoot House for 4PARA SF – AIMTREX Technologies

Again pretty advanced and very much on par with Western SOF shoothouse standards.

This company seems to know what they're doing.
