Basically, we initiate cold start, if we see Pakistan trying to press the nuclear trigger, we pip them and abandon cold start and instead nuke Pakistan extensively and decisively.

Indian response to a Pakistani nuclear strike is fairly straight-forward. What we do to China in case of a Pakistani nuclear strike is something that needs to be weighed in! The sole the purpose of the Chinese arming Pakistan with nukes (with the Koreans as cover) was to control India. The master is equally to be blamed for the actions of its poodle, if not more. And so, Indian actions against Pakistan has to be matched with its response against China. That's the reason we need to have enough nukes to destroy Pakistan while pushing China back by a few centuries.

Gathring Intel and Prevention are two different things though they are corelated. There was an warning issued by intel folks however, it was overlooked which lead to the disaster.

The upper air wind pattern over Pakistan, India & china is such that all the nuke radiations will be carried over to north India and whole of China which will result in far more colateral damage to china than to India & Pakistan. China will suffer from long term catastrophy while Pakistan & India will suffer from immediate consequences. It is now for china to decide if they wud like to see India fight a nuke war with pakistan. The westerly jet stream blows over Pakistan & indian punjab and than enters china. It shifts southwards during peak winters and leaves India in summer when it is placed above kashmir and china. Only for three months it is over north India

Yess. China will suffer in case of India-Pak nuke exchange and will suffer largest amount of deaths due to this wind pattern. Its entire land will become infertile as a result while 70% of India will remain unaffected.
The best time to fight a nuke war with Pak is during premonsoon time as the wind pattern on lower levels is easterly and upper levels is westerly which will blow away the radiation fall out to pakistan and China keeping India safe.

Sir the economy of China will automatically go down and this in turn will effect the poor and the rich may get some relief but the economy still will have a diverse effect by the nuclear fallout. This will lead the death of poor. Do you mean to say that poor people in China don't have the right to live?
