Indian intelligence agencies have developed their own program on surveillance of correspondence on the Internet
Indian authorities will soon launch a program of computer tracking "Netra", developed by the Ministry of Defense, reports the newspaper "Times of India" on Monday.
According to the publication, this new program will be able to recognize within a fraction of a few seconds - words such as "attack", "bomb", "explosion", "kill", used by Internet users. "Netra" will allow monitoring of the microblogging network Twitter, updating of status of users in social networks, emailing, Internet calls, blogs and forums.
In addition, the system will be able to identify "suspicious" conversations being held by the use of programs such as Skype and Google Talk, notes "Times of India".
