45-59 kg RDX means that's a lot they can be used in naxal areas too.......

Their is only one thing, Its the production rate and quality check of OFB here ..

I hope they rectified their problems with new funds provided by Government ..

Their was no large kick back in that, besides Army brass failed itself ..

Why kick backs....?Who approves all these things..?if minister approves army should obey right and upgrade right?
If we add new generation BPJ and helmets and shoes,gloves,cold weather jackerts etc whole cost will be less than 10k crores..if upgrade takes 10 years..it would be 1000 crores per year...
