He does not tell much about RAW but does mention that it also has lot of shortcomings due to the inherent nature of the recruitment of its personnel. As for professionalism is considered there were cases in RAW and IB where they were honey trapped too. As Krishna Maloy Dhar himself states tradecraft itself is a continuously evolving art. Since they were good at some point of time does not mean they are good still. I hope I am proved wrong. Will give the Nitin Gokhale's book a reading
