This is WHO, not US state department.

They couldn't even get who to implicate china in the Wuhan virus issue.

I doubt they will bother with this kind of nonsense.
All those dykless corporashions including jewnited nations is Bharat's enemy.
Irrespective of democucks or republicunts.

my take is that it will work, they will get aid from US and loans from CCP.

diplomats love these kind of countries where cheque book & few nice words solves everything.
You forget to look at it from the Paki perspective.

The Pakis are in a much worse position than us in the long term. In the short term, Murican deployment in Afg meant that the Pakis would get to use that as leverage for CSF and aid, as happened after 2001. However, with the drawdown of troops in Afg, that particular leverage is gone to the Pakis, and for them to get the same aid again, they would have to provide bases to the Americans, at the risk of pissing of the Chinese and the Talibs. In the event the Talibs perceive a Paki support to the burger boys, they wouldn't hesitate to attack Pindi, as has been seen in the FATA by the TTP. The Pakis face two choices, give a base, get attacks by maniacs across Durand, along with some aid(which would possibly compensate the loss of money from the Chinese), or not give a base, and face harsh economic sanctions. The Pakis have realized this and are trying to weasel their way out. If you look at certain actions by them over the last few weeks, you'll see what I am talking about. It seems likely that they will give a base, as has been seen in the sikret meetings between Burns and DGISI, along with the closing of Bagram today afternoon, but the equipment wasn't moved back to their bases in the States, but to Oman. Imran has also been squealing in Chinese media, writing op-eds in GT, singing paeans in praise of the glorious Red Masters, which is possibly prep work for a mollifying of China after giving them bases. The Pakis are also afraid of the Talibs, as was seen in the repeated statements made by the DGISI in Parliamentary hearings a week back, warning that the Talibs and the TTP are closely connected, warning that the TTP may be strengthened by the Talibs as a coercive tool against Pakistan.

Interesting times ahead for everyone.

I was taking about losing nearly the whole battalion.
Platoon<company<battalion.
Platoon = 19-20
Company = 100-120
Batallion = 600

So wiping of a batallion or even a company is something even I won’t believe, I don’t think TTP or any other rag tag militia can wipe out a whole Pakistani Army company who are trained in a single ambush.

Pakistan even today is giving routes and port access to US Military supplies, unless full pullout is complete, the access will be given. Taliban never attacked pakis because they have a mutual understanding that we are your friends dear taliban but it’s our majboori to give access to USA. Same will be even if Pakistan gives bases to USA.
