Pakis don't realize that with their denial:

• They're giving India a "get out of jail free" card in the International community. They can't accuse us of violating their territory (an action which had consequences for even a P5 member like Russia)
• Modi will either make damn sure that the next 10000 surgical strikes are executed exactly like this one, so we get to kill pigs, important pigs, and VIPigs, and their denial covers our asses under International law (smarter option); or he will make damn sure that the next surgical strike is so massive that it's undeniable (popular option).

For Pak army to once shed its fake invincibility complex and admit to its people that it failed, is more profitable than this disinformation campaign. Then again, Pak army needs an enemy to survive. We'll give them one.

from Baramulla attack we could see the effectiveness if sentry is alert, if he had better protection from HG, he would have survived, in such way tango cannot enter inside the camp. same pathankot they spotted tango but couldn't stop due to lack of protection gear ... there was no surprise element. This will reduce mobility but its small area and few do not need to move very fast just hold on till reinforcement arrives or RPG take them out.
