I don't think anyone else will be blamed beyond the flight crew who had taken call to fly . After seeing the videos its just looks like Controlled flight into terrain or caught in high tension because of dense clouds . Recollect the Chopper crash of AP CM YSR . Similar weather and chopper went directly into terrain .
