Dude this is dangerous,

Kanchi Shankaracharya was accused of murder. Tomorrow some minor can accuse shankaracharya for rape also he is supposed to prove his innocence.

Just accuse a successful Hindu organization of all shady things with fabricated evidence including minor rape and voilla ,

Hindus will lap it up themselves as they trust judges cbi media more than religious sect instituitions.

Most hindus calling him balatkari on social media, so a leader of lower caste in punjab is being humiliated in media with shady enquiry and other hindus are abandoning them.

What i sense is that he is getting all heat because of his movies and glittery clothing. You may not agree with his preaching and all other shit but don't escalate it to rape.

Anybody who takes on missionaries is targeted including Jayendra Asaram Rmapal and now msg.
Buddy most of the Hindus don't even follow the culture of India
some one is shiv bhakt, some one is vaishnav, some keep navratra vrat some don't

there is no specific concept of any religion following in Hinduism.

And coming to accusation well, only after court has found him guilty things started boiling. Before no one uttered anything against him. And the accused has full right to appeal in higher judiciary.

Let us also not forget he sexually assaulted HINDU/SIKH woman. And women is a part of Shakti.. he disrespected it.

And what does Dera Sacha Sauda has to do with over all Hindusim. I don't even know their concept and secondly, if it about peace where is it?

There have been wars, conflicts among sages like Vishwamitra and Vasisht, .. Prashuram and one thousand Aryan Kings.. for the righteous.

It's the righteous which has to win.. irrespective of who ever it is.

Chandigarh: Haryana has sacked one of its top lawyers, Deputy Advocate General Gurdass Singh Salwara, who was caught on camera holding self-styled spiritual leader Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's bag after his conviction in a rape case.

Mr Salwara, the state's number 2 lawyer, is seen in his court robes as he rushes to help Ram Rahim with a bright orange suitcase.

Gurdass Singh Salwara reportedly accompanied the convicted Dera chief claiming to be his relative.

The deputy advocate general was fired on the recommendation of his senior, Haryana's Advocate General Baldev Raj Mahajan.

"It is found that yesterday the (Mr Salwara) accompanied the Baba," Mr Mahajan said, commenting that as a government employee, he was not allowed to do this.

"The Deputy Advocate General has relations with the Dera," he said.

The lawyer has embarrassed the state government as it fends off allegations that the Dera chief was given VIP treatment in jail. He was flown from Panchkula to Rohtak in a special helicopter, given an air-conditioned room and also distilled water.

His adopted daughter was allowed to accompany him along with his luggage.

Still, as a government employee, he should not have rushed to help a convicted rapist with his luggage.

Finish off this cult, what kind of sick people are these. Every godman in this country should come under scanner and carefully monitored and eliminated when given a chance.

Although it's not just godmen followers, rioting is instinctive in this part of the world.

From Near Ram Rahim Base In Sirsa, AK47s and Pistol Recovered

SIRSA: There are at least 30,000 people in the massive 800-acre campus, the main base of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh that the government wants to be vacated. A top army general says he is meeting Dera management to request the followers to clear out. The Army is not entering yet but is positioned nearby with hundreds of paramilitary and riot police personnel.

Sirsa also saw large-scale arson by followers of Ram Rahim and the army was called in.

"We have asked security personnel to conduct searches at all Dera centres thoroughly and seize any weapons found," Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Ram Niwas told news agency Press Trust of India.

Centres of the sect in different cities, referred to as congregation centres, are being searched and sealed. Near the Sirsa campus, 2 AK47s and a pistol have been found in a vehicle.

In Sirsa, thousands of Dera members came tearing down on the police, thrusting aside police barricades that had been reinforced with boulders and barbed wires. Two rioters were killed in the police action near the Dera headquarters. On Saturday, the Army was moved closer to the Dera campus.

"At the moment there is no such plan," Major General Rajpal Punia clarified, adding that he was meeting the Dera leaders to request followers to move out on their own.

Sources said the heavy deployment was meant to demonstrate the administration's resolve to search the place and use force if the sect leaders do not cooperate.

Security agencies believe that people inside the headquarters have a significant number of weapons including firearms. From some cars that were part of the Ram Rahim's motorcade to the court in Panchkula yesterday, police had seized rifles, pistols and narcotics.

Ram Rahim has been placed in a jail in Rohtak and will be sentenced by the court on Monday.

Before the court convenes again, the government wants to make sure that the police seize every firearm that they might have access to. Also, the police wants that a significant number of Dera followers aren't at a single place.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court today indicted the government for failing to protect people despite a week to prepare. Once it was announced that the verdict would be delivered, the states of Punjab and Haryana said they were undertaking urgent measures to ensure security.

But despite roads being blocked and buses and trains being cancelled, more than 1.5 lakh followers of Ram Rahim were able to gather easily in Panchukla, located on the outskirts of Chandigarh. They were not removed, though the High Court kept cautioning that their presence signaled imminent danger.

Once their chief was found guilty of raping two women followers in 2002, they unleashed three hours of violence in the small town, damaging public property, setting dozens of vehicles on fire, and attacking the media and broadcasting vans.

As ambulances rushed the injured to hospital, the police was easily outnumbered. Some cops were also filmed retreating as mobs of Dera members advanced on them in anger. Sources say that despite the collapse of law and order and the scale of violence, Chief Minister MK Khattar will not be urged to quit by the top leadership of his party, the BJP.

For Gurmeet Ram Rahim's Sentencing, Judge To Be Taken To Rohtak Prison

A day after widespread violence, arson and rioting left 31 people dead and property worth crores destroyed by angry supporters of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in Panchkula following his conviction in a rape case, the Haryana Police said the jailed spiritual guru will not be brought to Panchkula for the sentencing on Monday. CBI court judge Jagdeep Singh who announced the judgment against the Dera Sacha Sauda chief in the 2002 rape case and sexual exploitation of two female followers, will travel to Rohtak for the sentencing.

'He Is PM Of India, Not BJP,' Says Furious High Court After Haryana Riots

Chandigarh: Prime Minister Narendra Modi was not spared as a furious court today reprimanded Haryana and the central governments over the deadly rioting by self-styled godman Gurmeet Ram Rahim's followers after his conviction for rape. "He is the Prime Minister of not the BJP but of India," said the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The court was responding to Additional Solicitor General Satya Pal Jain, who is representing the centre, saying that yesterday's violence was a matter of the state. "Is Haryana not a part of India? Why are Punjab and Haryana treated like step children?" the court questioned.

Earlier, the ML Khattar government in Haryana confronted sharp words as the court said: "You let a city like Panchkula burn for political motives."

You let the situation escalate. You surrendered to the situation," said court, admonishing the state government over a Panchkula police officer being sacked this morning. "You are trying to crucify a small DCP of Panchkula what about those political masters who have been giving wrong directions?" the judges said to the Haryana government.

Nearly three hours of arson and vandalism left Panchkula, always seen as a peaceful second option to adjoining Chandigarh, badly scarred.

The court also asked how many cars were allowed into Panchkula yesterday afternoon when Ram Rahim arrived from Sirsa - the Dera headquarters - in a large convoy for the court verdict.

Chief Minister ML Khattar had acknowledged yesterday that there were lapses. The "lapses have been identified and we are taking appropriate steps," he said last night, adding: "This should not have happened."

But in another statement, he also appeared to shield Ram Rahim's followers as he said criminals had infiltrated the crowd of Dera Sacha Sauda devotees.

The comments were not missed by the court, which said: "Your Chief Minister said miscreants got mixed up with Dera people, giving the impression that they didn't do anything, you're still supporting them, you are the ones who made this happen."

I can't call them idiots or plain stupid. Seriously, this is too much cringeworthy.

I am out of this thread. I am ashamed of myself for laughing at them. One shouldn't laugh at mentally challenged people.

I hope now you know why Bhagwan Krishna chose Kurukshetra as best place to fight the war.

This sanctimonious commentary by this HC judge is of no importance. It means nothing.

Only operational part of his/her judgments matters...

If the court wants the center to take over law and order in states, let the center take over in WB and Kerela then.

Also what's 'your' chief minister? Are judges not citizens?

We need to wait and let the picture emerge.
