They target minor as they are easy targets , in cult environment , the 'God' command extreme control and what ever he does is right and his follower take it as 'blessing'.It takes a lot of time to get these 'follower' out of their world view and make them accept the truth that they were used .Such cases will take 10+ years to solve as you need a higher up to open which is difficult or you need a spy which takes time to infiltrate .

They were investigating this case for since the 2002. As for forensic evidence, the case is 15 years, good luck finding it. Plus they interviewed his female body guards to match the detail. The major problem is almost all who helped in this case are dead

You can fake a polygraph or narcotest, psychologist analysis thinks like speech pattern,handwritting analysis, eye movements along with the discription of the room ( for physical evidence). Yes, in case of multiple rapes over a period of time a doctor does check damage in the private parts.
