People advocating for "retaliation" for a commercial vessel attack, calm down.

Targetting of Indian vessels might have been a coincidence, especially given that few of these ships were related to Israeli businessmen, or were flying Israeli flags. You also have to take into account that a good chunk of ships passing through gulf of aden either are headed to India or make port calls, so probabilisitcally more likely that few of our merchant ships get caught into the crossfire.

I highly doubt MV Chem Pluto was attacked by Iranian given the extremely suspicious location & path it took (through Persian gulf). It is possible it was attacked by Pakistan on behalf of America to drag us into conflict.

It is also possible Iran/Houthi's mistook it for something else.

Its better to wait & watch, let things unfold at its own pace. Investigation into the MV Chem will likely give us clue of type of projectile/drone/missile used & trace it back to its original owner.
