Karachi having a population of more than 10 million doesnt have basic things like a mass urban rail transit but alas it has a DHA.
Sem2Sem syndrome runs deep, for them a few motorways, a few functional trains, a single metro line, a few private townships, a single planned city (islamabad), and a few posh markets makes paxtan sem2sem equal-equal as India.
Their road density is 7 times less than India, their cities don't even have proper suburban railway lines (local trains as we call it), mass rapid transit is a pipe dream, most of them lack even proper dense bus transit system, they don't have any physical 5G telecom infra in 2024 while India has the 2nd largest 5G base network in the world, more than USA and Europe combined.
Leave bullet trains or RRTS, their entire railways makes a mere $300 million in revenue with ridership of a few million passengers and zilch worth of freight. Instead of expanding their railway network size they inherited from the brits has only declined. And none of it is electrified or double track, while most of it is in Indian Railways which connects to the remotest parts of India.
Over 2 dozen Indian cities have operational or under construction metro while they jerk upon a single line they built in lahore, that too due to jealousy of Delhi metro (fun fact, these pakis legit selected DMRC as consultants for their metro projects)
Majority of their population doesn't even have access to tap water, nor uninterrupted electricity due to poor transmission infra, but sem2sem must carry on.
Their entire shithole has made only 150 dams in their history but somehow its on par with India having some 5400 dams.
Not to mention the state of their airports being worse than bus stands here and that crap too limited to few cities or about other forms of infra like chair cars at tourist places and central business districts.
Things like Dedicated freight corridors, coastal road, bullet train, RRTS is like a luxury for these bhikharis and I'm not even going towards warehousing, industrial parks and new smart cities etc.
They hardly build any infrastructure while infrastructure is Modi's top priority, and hence the gap is ever widening.

What's there to talk either way? Mentality of average an average Paki is that "We have roads, India has roads. We have cars, India has cars, was have buses and trucks, India has buses and trucks. We have bridges and flyovers, India has bridges and flyovers. We have a metro rail, India has metro train. We have shopping malls, India has shopping malls. We have businesses, India has businesses. We have a port, India also has a port. We have expressways, India has expressways. We have airlines, India has airlines. We have airports, India also has airports. We have PSL, India has IPL..."
"Hence India and Pakistan are equal, barabari ke mulq" and thats how they cope with it.
India isn't some pinnacle of an infra heaven, china is. India still has a huge infra deficit to make up for given its huge population and growing GDP, now imagine how these suars survive in that turdhole with such dire economic conditions yet doing sem2sem online. Most of them still aren't willing to accept that India despite itself being a poor country is far more developed and wealthier, and hence that makes their crapland a failed state. Maybe they should explore infra in poor subsaharan nations to know that all of them aren't living in huts doing ooga booga like they imagine, they too have infra on par with what pakis have,
coz that's literally the bare minimum.
One of the biggest reasons of them having absolute primitive infra is because they're to poor to build it, they're too poor to need it and they're too poor to use it. They never built much infra because they had no money and took loans to build basic projects, their purchasing power is too low to sustain it, and economy too shallow to even need it.
