The mining area will be well fortified only problem is the transport.
One way we can avoid most hurdle is to mine during the day and transport the lithium at night via a helicopter to haryana.
Chinook can carry good 10 tons of load

There is a simple military strategy that can be simulated here.

India needs a more concrete but discrete response rather than huffing and puffing and prepping some major battle group.

Today is the era of a low-intensity and low-cost war. Look how Russia is draining NATO-supplied air defense system with cheap loitering munitions and kamikaze drones costing a fraction. When the objective is to just cause mayhem, the cost of doing so should be minimal.

National Security Advisor could easily ask the Indian munition companies to make batches of unmarked loitering munitions (with a proper protocol similar to spec ops).

Unmarked LMs have several advantages over high-intensity optics like Balakot or risky URI-style assaults. These are:

  • They are as big as a Saras or a stork, which is a common species on the Indo-Pak border region and flies at barely 120-150 kmph. This can make them blend easily with the bird species to the radar.
  • They can be launched using a portable 2 man launcher or by hand like Skylark drones
  • They carry a 5-8 KG explosive which can be easily laced with thermite for the extra incendiary effect
  • They can take out a Paki ranger patrol party or outpost without any trouble - or if required, just dropped randomly on identified terror "launch pads" to cause maximum casualty
As these are unmarked, no one can point them to us given such weapons are easily accessible to TTP, BLA, BRA or whatever other loonies operate in their country.

For every attempted attack from their side, BSF/Army should drop 50 well-targeted LMs in their key areas alongside the border. Do this repeatedly to a point where they start losing dozens of "assets" whether the pretend-civilian radicals across the border to the uniformed jihadis they call Porki Rangers.

And for every claim that they make that this is happening, simply ignore or refute. Once casualties side increasing dramatically on their side, they will reach out via the back channels to de-escalate. Or we simply turn that 50 into 150 LMs dropped randomly. When there is no proof, there is no culpability.

Play their game against them.

Looks like they have stopped all the spending to avoid default.

Another catastrophe in making.

If they are only spending on essentials then it shows quite a bad outlook on their internal consumption.

This is a fact that most of their rural population will be able to sustain themselves off the land. But its social outcome will be a very high feudal control coming back.

The urban centers are also not that disconnected from the agrarian commodity supply chain, especially in Punjab. Karachi may be a typical metropolitan in this regard. Looks like they have only a few regions to worry about.

Sometimes being less developed also works in your favor.
I never knew that Pakistanis import their tea and coffee. Given that they also have a portion of the Himalayan foothills (illegally so), I used to think that they would be growing their coffee and tea like we do in Sikkim, or Assam or Coonoor or Karnataka.

Using two different bases.

Using the older base, it's 3.49 trillions vs 260 billions. Using new base, it's 3.84 trillions vs 370 billions.
You're telling me that Pakistanis have crossed $300 billion mark? Why does that feel as if it's cooked numbers? That puts Pakis in the same league as Malaysians which is impossible. Even with 9x the population.

Yes, we are at a very serious risk of this spillover.

They are a most cunning breed that can sniff resources and prosperity from miles away. They will start eating resources in and out like termites yet abusing the source they latch on. We already have thousands of them overstaying our lands. Not to mention the thousands of persecuted Hindus they have been throwing out every year.

They have made the whole of Greece cry tears of blood as they infiltrated as Syrian refugees crossing the Mediterranean sea. Most likely they killed scores of deserving Syrians while jumping onto the boats meant for them.

Our fences, forces, and ports may be working to refuse them entry but they are not watertight either for many reasons. Porkis may infiltrate through Nepal, BD, or SL as well. I always say without a fully functional and massive investment in guilt-free Ghar-wapsi our regional stability and regional influence will never become effective.

We can not afford to provide them a jump from one safe Islamic heaven to another inside India. I mean, like these snakes enjoyed in Kashmir and many other Islamic pockets in our hinterlands from where they also acted as sleeper cells.

Therefore it is important to have a consistent resurgent Hindu fervor alive and a socio-political Hindu belligerence that won't let these people settle to deter Pakistani from even thinking and living with us in the backdrop of strong border fences, visa restrictions, trade embargoes, and widespread Ghar wapsi.
Europeans should be taking them in. Denmark, Sweden, a Labour-run UK, Netherlands, Germany and Norway would happily take them in. There are already enough Pakistanis in Norway, Sweden and Germany to help their biradars.

Plus Sweden gives free money to asylum seekers.
