This thread is about Chinese engines. Mexico is also good. You can post a new thread dedicated to the Mexican engine.
correct, but do you know why China is mostly banned from aircraft engines? racially motivated? well Japan is a big player, so it is not racial, linguistic? no France has Safran and cooperates with GE.
The main reason is the Chinese policy to ask tech transfers in order to invest just to cheat and make copycats, well that has benefit us, since they ask tech transfers, we do not, their C919 has parts made in Mexico

2 different approaches.

Any way many Chinese engines are derivatives of Russian engines or have some technology from them, but Chinese copycats call indigenization rebranding a product with a new name

The defender of Chinese Imperialism says how can not you let us steal?
1/3 of USA's land once belong to Mexico, my Mexican classmate told me. We are not Imperialism as you described.

The defender of Chinese Imperialism says how can not you let us steal?

You let the Americans steal let us steal, but China does not have drug dealers eh? they do not sell fentanyl

NAFTA was negociated by our goverment and we knew the risks but you are ignorant Mexico is the 7th largest agriculture producer
We do produce fentanyl but we have restiction on medican use. Abuse of fentanyl is mainly because US's corrupted medical system. If Mexico provides affordable drug logistics, fentanyl won't be such serious issue.

7. Mexico

Agriculture in Mexico is crucial for the country’s economy both historically and politically. In the GDP of Mexico, agriculture contributes a small percentage. In the past, Mexico produced avocados, beans, tomatoes, peppers, maize, and many more. The country is known for its agricultural exports too. The main feature of Mexico agriculture is growing crops and ½ of the Mexico agriculture output comes under crop account.
Top 10 Agricultural Producing Countries in The World

Agriculture in Mexico

  • The important crops of Mexico are wheat, sugarcane, peppers, corn, bananas, sorghum, blue agave, avocados, beans, other tropical fruits, and more.
  • They are best in the export of crops that include fruits, coffee, vegetables, and sugar.
  • In Mexico, around 15% of the land is occupied by agriculture and about 50% used for livestock.
  • Production of livestock in Mexico is done in a considerable amount that consists of poultry, eggs, beef, and milk.
It's not about the size, it's about the distribution. China imported 10 times more avodcado from Mexico than 5 yrs ago, but most profit went to Drug gangsters, your young kids are still wokring for Cartels ... Still your government is incapable for internal management. Let alone buidling good industry, only can do works for big brand's local R&D center.

this mexican guy working for Safran is helping C919 fly
My friend works as cashier guy in Wal-mart, he is helping Wal-mart ...

either you are to gullible, or you think I am too naive, China is an imperialist nation now, or the reality, you can not admit fentanyl is sold by criminals in China to Criminals in Mexico.

Any way, the reason China is not in many jet engine programs is not racial, but because China cheats ask tech transfers just to later violate intelectual property make clones and claim originality.

That policy will limit C919, ARJ-21 and will impose sanctions which are mostly supported by nations threatened by China

technically is science for its design, but financial and business aspect of selling them or building them is politics

The Motor Sich Factory and Its Covert Ties to Russia
Publication: Eurasia Daily Monitor Volume: 16 Issue: 128
By: Alla Hurska

September 19, 2019 06:03 PM Age: 2 years

On September 4, the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) launched a pre-trial investigation against representatives of Motor Sich, one of the largest manufacturers of engines for airplanes and helicopters in the post-Soviet space, over the firm’s alleged “subversive activities” against Ukraine. The SSU asserts that Motor Sich had supplied military hardware and dual-use products to Russia (Radiosvoboda.org, September 4), which was outlawed in August 2014 (Rnbo.gov.ua, August 27, 2014). Details of the current investigation remain classified, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

Importantly, this is not the first such investigation into the legality of Motor Sich’s business practices. On July 19, the SSU issued a statement claiming that, for at least two years, the Snizhne Engineering Factory (a branch of Motor Sich in the Donetsk region) financed militants of the self-proclaimed, Moscow-backed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) by paying “taxes” to the militants. It was revealed that in 2015 alone the branch paid 32 million rubles ($650,000) to the DPR, in addition to rendering some technical-material assistance to the separatist authorities. Payments were made to the “Central Republican Bank” of the DPR (Radiosvoboda.org, July 19).

Who is naive, or lack of common sense?

Fentanyl is legal medical material, IF YOU DON‘T ABUSE IT. If you eat too much sugar, you are even died by fat.

Chinese public list company export them, buyers placed the order from Mexico, they are most criminals i think.

Both Chinese and forgein investor would buy shares from those companies.

I think you don't have basic kownledge about medical industry.

That policy will limit C919, ARJ-21 and will impose sanctions which are mostly supported by nations threated by China
But the fact is, military engines are working on our fighters now, and CJ1000, CJ1000+ is on the good progress now. This is the parallel program for C919's military version; if the forgein engine supply stop, CJ1000 will be also used for C919.

All nations have Industry, in mexico we have industry but cheating has its price, Mexico let a Chinese National opened a company Solarever that receives direct investment from China but is claimed to be Mexican , Trump knew it, because Canadian solar is the same, how we paid? well tariffs, you call that colony, that shows why Chinese are corrupt and the way you think is of a corrupt person.
So what? it's all under framework of NAFTA and WTO, if Mexico has good governance and policy maker, you can also invest in China, but you are not capable. Don't play innocent in business world, you have world's most outrageous gangsters, let alone some busienss skills?

China cheats, and the price is of course is limit them from Stealing same is Russia, no more 117s engine, have to buy Su-35, no share joint program on PD-14 or PD 35.
The story of your vesion is not ture.

The first and the only order on Su35 we placed in 2015, four yrs after maiden flight of YJ20, after that J20 is on good progress, we don't buy.

Your version: We don't buy Su35 because they don't share PD35 ...

As military fan, i know much more details about Su35 deal between Russia and China. Just like i never debate with you on which cartel is more powerful, Juárez or Tijuana one.

There are two types of engines will on RC929 project, the biggest Sino-Russia civil aviation project:

...

China and Russia cooperate together! The first cr929 passenger plane was manufactured, and the aircraft engine technology was initially successful
China has a precedent in aircraft learning from the former Soviet Union. Now China and Russia have reached new cooperation in civil aviation aircraft manufacturing.

...

China's first cr929 wide body airliner has started manufacturing and is progressing smoothly. After breaking the manufacturing monopoly of Western aircraft giants, when the good news of the successful construction of COMAC C919 came, the aircraft engine technology of cr929 wide body airliner also came good news and achieved initial success.
At present, the coating and assembly of this aircraft are mainly carried out by China aircraft group, including the overall assembly of the wing and the fuselage.

...

Now for the wide body airliner, COMAC may have two considerations. One is to install the engine produced by Russia, because the flight time of an aircraft engine should not be less than ten years.
Due to the rigorous consideration of aircraft construction, COMAC is likely to choose the mature engine of Russia, but our domestic engine suitable for wide body airliner has also achieved preliminary technical success. This is a new turbofan engine with large bypass ratio, which is independently developed and designed in China and is our domestic engine.

You are wrong, there are Chinese involved in the drug trafficking, they are in jail, not for selling sugar.

XINGTAI, China — A Chinese court sentenced nine fentanyl traffickers on Thursday in a case that is the culmination of a rare collaboration between Chinese and U.S. law enforcement to crack down on global networks that manufacture and distribute lethal synthetic opioids.

these guys are in jail for selling sugar?

We have also companies in China KUO is one

I do not have troubles China design jets, it is something you have right
1644902631646.png

1644902669035.png

But is obvious they are still limited because LEAP engines are used and Leap engines have this data

MAY 5, 2021

• ~1,400 LEAP-powered aircraft delivered to date
• LEAP engines provide 15% lower fuel consumption, CO2 emissions

The LEAP engine is a product of CFM International, a 50/50 joint company between GE and Safran Aircraft Engines. This engine has experienced the fastest order ramp up in commercial aviation history and CFM has delivered approximately 2,800 installed LEAP engines already to a total of 136 operators worldwide.

try to compete when you have your engine, the profits made by Leap Engine will simply make you a burden.

you still do not understand my point in Queretaro people lives thanks to Leap engines, but in the case of Chinese engines all are military and the few that are not; do not make money as Leap engine.

China will be forced to cooperate and that means clean practices no copycats

you still dream to break the duopoly you need sales, not from Russian or Chinese airliners, that will be forced to buy a product regardless of quality, you need sales like Embraer or Bombardier from all over the world

Embraer’s delivery guidance
So far, Embraer has delivered 86 aircraft in 2021. The Brazilian manufacturer has provided 32 commercial jets, including 15 E175, two E190-E2, and 15 E195-E2. Meanwhile, it has delivered 54 executive jets throughout the year.

One of those executive jets was the 1,500th business jet delivered by Embraer, a milestone in the company’s history. Haute Aviation, a Swiss company, focused on charter, brokerage, and aircraft management, received the historic aircraft, a Phenom 300E.

During 2021’s third quarter, Embraer announced the sale of 16 new E175 jets to SkyWest for operation in the Delta Air Lines network. This deal helped SkyWest become the largest E175 operator worldwide.

The value of SkyWest’s contract is US$798.4 million, based on the list price, said Embraer in a statement.

Embraer is satisfied with the current results so far. Gomes Neto stated,

And that was a bad year and check the customers are mostly no Brazilian

That's not true. Uncle Sam is a good man. This is an equality agreement between the United States and Mexico.

Under the agreement, half of Mexico's territory was shared with Uncle Sam

This story is a reminder that your country does not have enough defense and you are the next Mexico.

Pretending that cooperating and subcontracting with Western companies would somehow give you an engine is a deliberate lie.

There are no Brazilian, Mexican or Japanese engines that came out of contracting work for American and Euro companies.

China through AVIC had collaborated with P&W and GE for engines and Boeing and Airbus for aircraft. Both Airbus and Boeing have assembly plants in China. But just like Brazil, Mexico and Japan, China never had an engine or a plane from them through those "collaborations."

In order for you to have your own aircraft and engines you need develop them on your own.

Embraer never had Brazilian engines for its aircraft. But the COMAC will have the CJ1000/2000/500 as options for ARJ-21, C919 and CR929 because China developed their own engines. There is no other way.

She works building jet engines for Safran in Queretaro Mexico , you work in propaganda for the CCP

She told me you are fake sexylady, you are a guy juck!

She told me she is really a sexylady

She told me C919 flies thanks to her, well just a little help but she is part of the Safran team.

You blah blah blah Leap engine has more than 2800 engines delivered

China has no C-919 with Chinese engine, only in your hallucinations

Specifically, Comac was impacted by restrictions imposed by the Trump Administration in 2020 that blacklisted shipments of things like fight controls and jet engines.

About 60% of the C919 parts are supplied by American companies, so Comac was forced to rely on special licenses from entities like General Electric and Honeywell to get the parts it needed for the jet, according to a report by the Center for Strategic & International Studies, a think tank based in Washington, DC.

According to Zhenmei, the C919 has only flown 34 out of the necessary 276 flights.

Weird. Posting a Mexican working for SAFran suddenly makes SaFran Mexican?

This is the Airbus plant in Tianjin, China. Does this make Airbus Chinese?

GE Aviation's footprint in China is massive too because China is both a major manufacturing center and also one of its biggest markets:

GE Aviation also has been actively increasing its sourcing efforts for jet engine components in China. "Our suppliers in China have demonstrated their commitment to high-quality workmanship," said Seager. "As a result, we focused on strengthening our relationship with key suppliers in the region and increased our sourcing efforts." This year, GE Aviation's direct sourcing efforts will reach $365 million, which is a 20 percent increase over last year.

GE has 27 manufacturing facilities throughout China and employs more than 12,100 people in China.

With so many people working for GE in China, does it make GE Chinese?

There are parts in China sourced for the GenX and LEAP engines. Does it make those engines Chinese?

What a weirdo o_O

One thing this thread teaches is that you cannot argue on merits and proofs with CCP bots..

Salient points - keep saying same thing like parrot.
-peddle lies so much so that they appear like truth
- always try to subvert the topic at hand.
- pretend you are naive and knows nothing.
- when nothing works cry racism..
- if still pigs do not fly than old tactics of impealism, capitalism, bad west
- keep repeating above.

I must commend the brain wash deptt of CCP. They are so good in Propoganda...

Q: What is Honeywell’s strategy for Latin America and Mexico in particular?

A: Honeywell Aerospace is implementing a strategy that focuses on several high-growth regions all over the world, including Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. Of the utmost importance for Honeywell, these zones represent approximately 55 percent of corporate sales outside the US.

In Mexico, technology is constantly evolving. Thirty years ago, the country only manufactured harnesses but the introduction of the automotive industry, mainly in Chihuahua and Ciudad Juarez, has contributed to industry advances. Mexico was an appealing location for Honeywell due to the pool of potential workers, including a significant number of well-trained engineers. Chihuahua was particularly attractive thanks to its machining excellence center that guarantees a continuous supply of qualified workers in the city. Moreover, Chihuahua is close enough to the border to simplify logistics.

Our Chihuahua plant manufactures turbine and auxiliary power unit (APU) parts. We mainly produce rotary pieces, such as blades, impellers, couples and gears and some static pieces such as gearboxes. Our four plants are home to more than 1,400 machines. Two are exclusively dedicated to machining, one to chemical processes and the last is a support center that manages design and repairs. Locally, we perform diverse types of milling, turning and any kind of machining process that may be required by the industry.

Honeywell was the first company to invest in Chihuahua’s aerospace industry and helped attract more companies to the state. The growth of the aerospace sector was planned by the local government and private entities. When a new investor plans to found a company in the state, a representative from Honeywell Aerospace visits to understand our experiences in the local economy. Honeywell is happy to share best practices and strategies to develop human capital.

So China has partnerships with all of the major western aerospace firms including aero engines companies like GE and SAFRAN:

Safran Aircraft Engines Suzhou is specialized in the machining and assembly of low-pressure modules and parts for the CFM56 and LEAP engines. Founded in 2006, Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang produces low-pressure turbine blades, seals and vanes for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines.

According to the Mexican polluting this Chinese engine thread with irrelevant Mexican crap, having parts in LEAP engine would make it a Chinese engine just as a few Mexican parts in GenX makes that a Mexican engine o_O
